Products

All Chandayu products are formulated for general wellness purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary by individual. Please consult your physician before beginning any new wellness regimen, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

We ship to Sri Lanka, Italy, United Kingdom, Australia, USA, Singapore, and Canada. International shipping takes 7–21 days. Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Chandayu is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@chandayu.com or WhatsApp +94 70 523 9414. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Opened products are non-returnable unless defective. If your product arrives damaged, please send a photo within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.

Consultations

Medical disclaimer: Consultations with Dr. Hashani Perera are for Ayurvedic wellness guidance only. Dr. Perera holds a BAMS (Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) qualification from Sri Lanka. She is not licensed to practice Western medicine in Italy, the UK, Australia, the USA, or Canada. Consultation recommendations do not constitute medical advice and should not replace care from a licensed physician in your jurisdiction.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

Cancellation: Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours forfeit the consultation fee. Free discovery readings may be cancelled at any time.

No-shows: If you miss your scheduled consultation without notice, the session is forfeited. Please WhatsApp us if you are unable to attend — we will do our best to reschedule.

EU Consumer Rights

EU customers have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving goods (the "cooling off period"), without giving a reason, provided the goods are unused and in original condition. Digital consultations that have already been delivered (i.e., the session has taken place) are exempt from this right.

Intellectual Property

All content on chandayu.com — including formulations, imagery, text, and brand assets — is the property of Chandayu Ayurveda. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
